60 years working with Glasurit: Bachely-Vanderhaeghen customer experience

The history of the Bachely-Vanderhaeghen establishments dates back to 1958 in Renaix in the heart of the Flemish Ardennes. Founded by great-grandfather Bachely about 60 years ago, the company is now in the hands of the fourth generation. At the moment, Olivier Vanderhaeghen is in charge of the garage and the bodywork. Over the decades, the family business has been responsible for repairing vehicles for many Renaisians. Thanks to its efficiency and know-how, it has built up a real customer portfolio over the years. With its all-brand bodywork, it has also managed to make a name for itself in the city of Renaix. It handles all types of repairs: from mechanical or electronic repairs to aesthetic repairs and the replacement of damaged parts.

Since their foundation in the 1960s, Bachely-Vanderhaeghen has never ceased to evolve by adopting new techniques and using adapted products. Glasurit has been fortunate to be part of the Bachely-Vanderhaeghen family's daily life for many years. However, in the automotive market, it is rare to find such strong and sustainable partnerships. However, the family business has never really thought about changing paint suppliers: "If we are 100% satisfied with the products and services offered, why change brands?", says Olivier Vanderhaeghen.

Of course, such a partnership would never have been possible without a relationship of trust that has grown stronger over the years. For example, when Bachely-Vanderhaeghen began testing Ultra-Violet (UV) products and related technology, not everything went as planned. The UV lamp delivered to them by a third party supplier did not allow them to achieve results commensurate with their reputation and professionalism. However, thanks to the careful internal and external monitoring by Glasurit® teams, a solution was quickly found, allowing them to achieve optimal results.
