Eumseong County, Korea, on September 5. A total of 26 technicians entered this year's qualifying round, and the eight highest scorers advanced to the finals. Achieving the highest scores in a network-wide written exam, the finalists showcased their craftsmanship in two practical challenges: color matching and blend-in application, which involves seamlessly matching repairs on damaged exterior panels with the surrounding paintwork, and color mixing, which requires precisely reproducing a vehicle's original color.

Young car painters from around the world met at the Glasurit Skills Challenge in Denmark, an important opportunity to sharpen skills ahead of WorldSkills Shanghai 2026.
