First Color Circle event with #WomenInAutomotive

In a powerful step towards diversity, the Glasurit organized its first ColorCircle event, on Feb 29th in Muenster, Germany.

The event was a celebration designed to break barriers and stereotypes in a traditionally male-dominated sector and empower women in the automotive industry to come together to share experiences and uplift one another. The day themed "Come Colorful' was the perfect expression creating an inspiring platform for speakers, business owners, colleagues, painters and the media on one platform to share experiences and engage in fun and creative tasks all geared towards driving positive change in the industry. 

Glasurit ColorCircle featured Uta Holzenkamp, President of BASF Coatings, and Stefanie Dechant, Engineer at Mercedes who shared their remarkable journeys, providing invaluable insights and inspiration to others.

Tina Allhoff, Marketing Management, BASF Coatings Automotive Refinish Coatings Germany, emphasized the immense significance of this event, saying, "Women in this industry often face invisibility and prejudices. We wanted to change that. We wanted to bring women together, create a network and make them visible, and celebrate International Women's Day as a community."
