It is built through data, processes, and a clear commitment to continuous improvement. By combining digital analysis, on-site observations, and specialized consultancy, BOOST provides a complete view of body shop operations, transforming operational insights into actionable improvement plans that help increase efficiency, profitability, and long-term business performance. Body Shop Manager of Stern Motors, Lisandro (on picture 2nd right): "*With BOOST we were able to identify some road blocks in our processes. Surventis analyzed our whole business and found some good ideas how to improve.*" For dealer networks, this approach represents an opportunity to strengthen operational standards, optimize resources, and support sustainable growth across collision repair and refinish operations. Every assessment is unique, but the goal remains the same: helping body shops unlock their full potential and turn operational excellence into a competitive advantage.
