Nissan in Europe and Glasurit have agreed to extend their existing cooperation across Europe.Glasurit is recommended by Nissan Europe to its dealership and bodyshop network. This agreement is based on a strong cooperation at national level between operational teams of both companies.
In addition to the supply of paints, the agreement also promotes the implementation of the Nissan “body & paint” program based on Glasurit consultancy and training expertise. Glasurit and Nissan in Europe have already had a close partnership in Spain for 20 years.“We now plan to extend this good cooperation to the whole of Europe,” explained Jordi Pastor, Aftersales Marketing Manager of Nissan Europe.“We chose Glasurit as our partner: the brand stands out for its innovative strength in the NISSAN network and its high level of color expertise.”Other criteria for the decision included the company’s training concepts, with 11 Refinish Competence Centres throughout Europe, and its service portfolio, Jordi Pastoremphasized.
For Uwe Bauschulte, Director Key Account Management Automotive Refinish, the agreement is another step towards intensifying the partnerships in the automotive refinish sector with carmakers.
