Off to a great start Glasurit KPI Seminar launched in the Middle East

Efficiency and profitability for bodyshops was the topic of the first KPI Seminar conducted by Glasurit in the Gulf region. The two-day event specifically targeted bodyshop and customer service managers who wish to take their businesses’ services to a new level. Leading companies such as AGMC (BMW Dubai), Alfardan (BMW Qatar), Bentley (Dubai), ADM (BMW Abu Dhabi), Al Nabooda Automobiles (VW, Audi, Porsche) [(Dubai)] and Autotrack (Dubai) took part in the seminar held in Dubai.

The seminar was Glasurit’s first Business Seminar in the Middle East and was specifically tailored to the needs of bodyshops operating in the region. Ralph Arenhoevel, an experienced Glasurit Consultant from Germany, taught the participants how to interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and use the right measures to boost the efficiency and profitability of their bodyshop. The seminar featured the mixture of interactive presentations and practical group exercises used in Glasurit Business Seminars that have already been proven effective in numerous seminars worldwide.

Participant U.A. Jayawanth, the bodyshop manager at Autotrack, Dubai, shared his positive feedback about the two-day seminar:

"It was good to get such a comprehensive overview of key elements affecting our daily business and some good recommendations by Glasurit for how to improve our productivity."

Seminar instructor Arenhoevel was also satisfied with the event in Dubai: "We had two very active days with a very interested group of refinish experts. It was good to experience the differences as well as the similarities between the automotive markets in the Gulf region.”
