Glasurit presents state-of-the-art Glasurit RATIO Scan II colour measuring device – The perfect tool for big bodyshops

The growing diversity and complexity of colours makes colour matching for automotive refinishing increasingly difficult, costing bodyshops valuable working time. Now, Glasurit is presenting a solution to this problem: its new colour measuring device Glasurit RATIO Scan II. The portable battery-powered device measures the colour precisely and, when connected to the users’ computer, takes them to the desired mixing formula via a specific software program – quickly and easily. Glasurit RATIO Scan II is particularly well suited for large-scale bodyshops, which tend to be confronted with difficult colour-matching jobs more frequently due to their higher throughput.

Glasurit RATIO Scan II measures the exact colour directly at the body of the vehicle. At the push of a button, the integrated sensors measure the colour. The measuring results are then downloaded to a computer and are further processed with the Glasurit Profit Manager or Profit Manager Pro applications. In the Profit Manager, the measurement results indicate the matching colour chips from the Color Profi System (CPS) and the corresponding mixing formulas. Regular updates ensure that solutions are also available for the latest colours. The mixing formulas can be weighed in directly at the scales and the custom colours archived.
